Property Consultant

Main Duties:

• Property buyer/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any others to generate leads.
• Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking. Answer client’s questions and queries.
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties. Closing deals, sign sales & maintaining contracts with direct customers.
• Contact property owners, property sale/rental listings Advise sellers on how to make homes/properties more appealing to potential buyers. Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
