Job Description

Job Summary:

Leading and inspiring sales team to optimize sales and actively work towards fulfilling sales targets.

Main Tasks:

  • Supervise the activities of sales representatives in order to meet sales target.
  • Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
  • Collaborate with sales manager to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.
  • Assist sales manager in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings.
  • Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
  • Maintains promotional database by inputting customers data and analyzing market to generate new prospects.
  • Updates sales manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
  • Arranging meetings with potential customers to make new business deals.
  • Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact the targeted accounts as assigned.
  • Presenting the company and the product in a professional way to prospects.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Having a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
  • Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Making accurate and rapid proposals and providing customers with quotations.
  • Negotiating on price, the terms of agreements and closing sales.
  • Follow-up the collection of payments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive image to the public.
  • Work requires local travel to current and potential clients.
  • The possession of a car and a valid driving license is a must.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and occasional travel.
