Job Description
This role will be responsible for achieving sales and marketing targets of the Generator business in the named geography. This is a junior management position reporting to the Country Manager. The person would drive the after sales operations and be responsible for the overall P&L and operations, customer satisfaction and enhancing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales plan, order pipeline, budgeting, P&L and achievement of sales targets.
- Inputs for import plan of Generators based on sales order pipeline.
- Institutional, Government, Fleet and retail sales.
- Sales strategies aligned to the annual business plan of the company w.r.t.
- Market Share and profitability targets.
- Monitoring competition and assist to formulate strategies to counter competition.
- Customer satisfaction measurement, monitoring and control.
- Internal reviews with the sales and service teams.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
- Dealer network expansion and determining dealer viability for 1S, 2S and 3S outlets.
- Customer database creation, monitoring and maintenance for customer relationships.
- Follow sales and reporting processes and timelines.
- Key activity plan (KAP). Monitoring achievement versus plan.
- Key account management (KAM).
- Identify and ensure the training and development needs of channel partners.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5- 10 years of experience with major brands in a similar role.
- Strong technical and operational background
- Should be fluent in English and Arabic. French is an added advantage
- Educational Qualifications: Engineering with qualifications Sales & Marketing
