Job Description

  • Support top management in the development of the sales strategy and the creation of Sales and Distribution strategies/plan for Egypt.
  • Develop business plans for KA customers in Egypt
  • Working with the distributor in Egypt to create access to key regional retailers, wholesalers selecting immediately a list of high potential targets.
  • Create new sales opportunities through a daily, structured and measurable prospecting activity
  • Carry out solo visits to both existing and new KA customers (distributors, retailer, kitchen studios, construction companies etc.)
  • Carry out joint visits with distributor personnel to both existing and new KA customers and develop project business ( through a retailer, kitchen studios, construction companies etc.)
  • Complete precise and reliable client visit reports
  • Ensure consistent high quality and timely delivery of client requirements
  • Liaise with all levels involved in the decision-making process and negotiate at the top management level the best possible deal for the company brands.
  • Once established, manage relationships with KA customer on a daily basis
  • Create, enhance and regularly update a KA Export Database with all relevant information
  • Achieve EG Sales targets in the form of Order-take, Revenue, Market Share
  • Work with marketing manager to develop effective Marketing and communication activities to grow brand awareness and shape brand image.
  • Develop attractive promotional activities to create additional sales.
  • Liaise with all other Business Departments to ensure positive customer relationships and support including Product, Customer Service, Finance
  • Weekly/Monthly report generating for the NAF Vice President / Head of SM
  • Ability to Build, Lead and Coach the Sales team for Egypt

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in Egypt
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
