Job Description
- Motivating team members is one of the most important duties of a sales team manager.
- He/she needs to make his team work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
- A sales team manager devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
- He is the one who decides the future course of action for his team members.
- He/she must develop sales pitches, ways and techniques to make the product appealing to prospect customer.
- Monitoring his team’s performance (AHT, Conversion rate, etc.) to make sure that the team is on the right track
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 to 3 years in offshore accounts (Telesales) is A MUST.
- Fluent English is A MUST
- Willing to start immediately.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Tolerant & have the knowledge of how to persuade a prospect customer.
- Flexible.

- Max age is 30.
Shift Pattern:
- Shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM / 4 PM to 1 AM.
- Working days from Monday to Friday. (Saturday and Sunday OFF).
- No Transportation Provided.
