Job Description
- Monitor inventory transactions.
- Develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Warehouse.
- Develops and determines the inventory accounting methods and also analyses the inventory related reports.
- Entry and reviewing the bills of exchange and addition into the ERP system.
- Match invoices with purchase orders, where applicable, purchase order requisitions, where applicable, and evidence of receipt of goods or services.
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Have a Knowledge and background in cost systems and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Computer skills: strong excel skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office& ERP system.
- Experience working in manufacturing
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory accountant or Cost accountant or general accountant.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible and able to work with minimal guidance
