Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare all record keeping folders following direction from the Head of other Departments.
- Work with the Head of other Departments to set up all necessary inspection Documentation and compliance paperwork .
- Liaise with the Chef to develop the menus
- Develop the structure of the day in accordance with the curriculum to be followed.
- Lead and inspire the new team .
- Liaise with Head of Maintenance / Hygiene Manager.
- Liaise closely with both the Administration
- Manager regarding child attendance and billing.
- Build team spirit and ensure that each member of staff feels valued andincluded
- Facilitate effective supervisory meetings with staff
