Job Description
Responsible for the operation and instructional leadership the Nursery. Trains and supervises staff, sets instructional objectives, and works to build a rapport with parents.
- Manage day-to-day activities at the Nursery.
- Administer record keeping.
- Maintain rapport with parents.
- Handle tours and marketing.
- Prepare budgets and annual reports.
- Explain or answer procedural questions.
- Hire, train, and evaluate stuff.
- Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods.
- Meet with other administrators, parents, and community organizations.
- Prepare and maintain attendance, planning, accounting, or personnel reports and records for officials and agencies
- Determine allocations of funds for staff, supplies, materials, and equipment, and authorize purchases.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate primary and supplemental staff, and recommend personnel actions for programs and services.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Administration Representative, officer or relevant position.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
