Job Description
To provide Administrative Support & Assistance to employees & Operations Department in the most efficient methods to ensure all Admin functions are working in the right way
- Provide Administrative Support, Answering calls, emails…etc.
- Handle & Maintain the supplies inquiries & contact suppliers & vendors
- Provide support in disciplinary & grievance procedures
- Undertake other duties as directed by line manager
- Attendance & Vacations.
- Supervise the personnel inquiries.
- Maintain operations Supplies schedule
Job Requirements
- Good in both English & Arabic Language
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Basic Knowledge of Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented & time management
- From 0 to 2 years with relevant administration experience
