Job Description

  • Perform professional level of broadband troubleshooting during support cycle from physical layer to routing layer on both customer and network equipment such as Cisco and Juniper routers, Alcatel DSLAMs to solve any corporate customers’ technical problems.
  • Respond to customer's incidents over CRM system/portal to ensure high service availability and performance, and Guarantee highest quality
  • Provision IPs assignment, core network configuration
  • Track the problem along the line from the Telecom-Egypt central office to the client side.
  • Follow up with the technicians teams to solve the physical problems by using the Equipment`s Managing software
  • Monitor and support all customer's broadband services 24x7 to ensure maximum possible service availability/performance
  • Provide the customer with the progress of his problem resolution for regular update

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Communication/Computer Engineering
  • CCNA Certificate is a must
  • Fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Communication and Listening.
  • Knowledge about DSL/ATM and Wireless technologies.
  • Knowledge about cabling and network basics
