Job Description
Sales Admin is required for immediate hiring for "Prime Distribution" at Nasr City
Job Responsibilities:
- Build effective communication with the sales team & management.
- To act as a point of contact for the sales team and handle any related inquiries and provide support for sales representatives.
- Preparing sales, order tracking & inventory reports and make comparison with the used system.
- Being up to date with Shell system.
- Requesting price quotations for Shell product from the mother company.
- Preparing the promotions and rewarding memo for the retailers who achieve the required sales target.
- Follow up any transactions of the products between our different located branches and ensure timely deliveries.
- Preparing sales analysis reports (Quarters, annual reports and monthly achievements).
- Follow up achieving the sales target for all branches.
- Calculation of commission monthly for the agents..
- Regularly updating the database for customer to calculate coverage.
Job Requirements
Job Specifications:
- Graduates with Bachelor Degree
- Proficient in Excel of making equations, if conditions, calculate bonus and sales revenues.
- Males & Females.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Very good attention to detail skills and precision skills
