Job Description

Civil Project Manager:

  • Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting
  • Establishing construction schedules
  • Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits
  • Managing on-site construction personnel
  • Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards

Construction Manager:

  • Construction project managers control the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools.
  • They plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
  • The scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines.
  • They often negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers.

Technical Office Manager:

  • Supervise and review the preparations of construction method statements with construction personnel.
  • Preparing technical and material submitting.
  • Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule Planning.
  • Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
  • Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
  • Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements
  • Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.
  • Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
  • Review subcontractors' invoices.
  • Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments.
  • Documenting project issues/conditions.
  • Maintaining organised and detailed project records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Civil/Architecture engineering.
  • At least 15 years of Experience.
  • Have worked in any of ARAMCO projects.
