Job Description
- Responsible and support Controlling BP for preparation and evaluation of annual operational planning for EB companies.
- Sales Data gathering by conducting the necessary meeting with sales leaders.
- Construction Market development analysis
- Economic outlook and the implication on construction sector analysis.
- HR data (personal cost development)
- Responsible and support Controlling BP for preparation and evaluation of monthly sales
- Develop and continually improve a process to tracking prices using PROS application, rebates and sales promotions reports.
- Responsible for Implementing regular routine month-end closure checks.
- Responsible and support Controlling BP for inter-company price transfer (ICTP) process and ensure that prices are consistent with “Arm’s length principle”.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly reports (Country manager reports, RBU reports, sales reports & Ad-hoc reports).
- Responsible for the implementation of company guidelines and ensure business operations are following company policies.
- Responsible for monitor fixed costs closely and prepare required monthly reports.
- Analyzing actual vs planned budgeted and previous periods.
- Responsible for monthly monitoring of product costs.
- Tracks and maintains monthly P/L and balance sheet analysis.
- Responsible for and Support BP in handling OPEX planning.
- Responsible for support finance team in internal &external audit requirements in the scope controlling department.
Job Requirements
- SAP is a MUST
- 3-5 years’ experience in managerial accounting.
- Solid background in Financial Analysis and Reporting.
- Solid background in analyzing between actual data and planned budgeted.
