Job Description
- Design, develop and update training material, training aids, and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training material
- Conduct training assessment for every Sales Executive
- Conduct product training courses for BMW products as per Bavarian Auto training calendar and training needs assessment
- Perform post training evaluation for training sessions, and follow up on knowledge transfer to the staff
- Provide On-job training in the showrooms for retail sales team
- Provide product information and competitive comparison expertise
- Works closely with BMW training team and marketing team to develop training schedules for new products
- Develop and maintain the knowledge of our products among the Product Genius team
- Conduct training at group meetings and launch events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
- Sales experience & BMW awareness is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and team management skills and have experience in facilitating workshops and hands-on activities
- Additional certification in training is a plus
