Job Description
- Communicate with potential customers in U.S.
- Educate them about our products and services over the phone, while meeting company's targets and fulfilling our mission and vision.
- Achieving daily, weekly & monthly targets by calling customers and selling them our services & products.
- Influences customers to subscribe in our services & products by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information, price quotations, rebuttals and closing techniques.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Actively listen and pay attention to client's issues.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 0 to 2 years in U.S. offshore accounts (Telesales) is A PLUS.
- Fluency in English is A MUST.
- Willing to start immediately.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Tolerant & have the knowledge of how to persuade a prospect customer.
- Grads and Undergrads are welcome to apply.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off).
- Fixed shifts from 3 PM to Midnight. (No Transportation provided)
