Job Description

  • Managing services including security, parking, housekeeping, landscape, maintenance, technology and so on
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained
  • Improve the client satisfaction level by providing high-class service level
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Drafting reports and making written business recommendations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering ( Architecture, mechanical or electrical)
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing the same position for at least 5;8 years.
  • Master degree is preferable
