Job Description
- Managing services including security, parking, housekeeping, landscape, maintenance, technology and so on
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained
- Improve the client satisfaction level by providing high-class service level
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Drafting reports and making written business recommendations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering ( Architecture, mechanical or electrical)
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in managing the same position for at least 5;8 years.
- Master degree is preferable
