Job Description
- Analyze the business model through different assessment matrix (GAP Analysis, SWOT, TOWS & PESTEL Analysis).
- Working on rebranding and repositioning message in the market to drive profitable growth and increase market share for Automotive Tires & Non-Tire Services.
- Responsible for P&L while maintaining cost & benefit analysis for all Car Caring Showrooms in terms of Products Sales & Technical Services.
- Drive Performance Management System with Quantitative KPIs and Qualitative SMART Objectives for transforming the operation according to world class standard.
- Adding new comprehensive innovative technical services to increase profitability and maintain high quality services.
- Work on acquiring new customers while maintaining loyal customers and retention.
- Elevate all technical services to meet the customers needs & wants over competitors.
- Increasing market share by focusing on market development strategies while capitalizing on market growth opportunities.
- Establishing Training Academy to prepare skilled talented staff while keep developing & motivating them.
- Work with vendors and parts suppliers to ensure quality and price competitiveness.
- Responsible for equipment maintenance scheduling (Proactive/preventive, periodical and all break-downs).
- Coach & build second line successors for development roles & talent pool.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Background or MBA.
- +5 Car caring services with both Sales and Technical background.
- Retail Background is a must
