Job Description
Main Duties:
- Create and maintain personnel records and maintain the employee database system
- Keep records of attendance and track employees’ absences
- Handle social and health insurance for the entire staff
- Ensure the company’s compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Process monthly payroll and perform annual payroll tax reconciliation
- Deal with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees
- Handle employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination
- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
- Handle employees' grievances and complaints.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Business administration, Human Resources or relevant field HR diploma or certificate is a plus
- Proven work experience as a payroll or personnel specialist or generalist.
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Deep knowledge of labor legislation
- Time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
- Previous experience in dealing with blue collars is a must.
- Excellent communication skills with different staff levels, both blue and white collars
