Job Description
- Prepare a variety of documents including but not limited to; commercial invoices, bills of lading, foreign and inspection certificates, bank drafts, packing lists, etc.
- Follow up orders from the time of loading till they are received at the customers end in their warehouses.
- Handle customers complaints and special requests.
- Ensure that all documents are sent to the customers before vessel arrival.
- Maintain export files in an organized and cataloged system.
- Any other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent command of English language; spoken and written.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of and experience with export compliance and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
