Job Summary:

  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

Description

  • We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Specialist who will be a part of the marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
  • He should be a competent professional to grasp customer attention and behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and website management.
  • Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advertising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarketing, and messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales) to manage reputation, identify key players.
  • Assist all company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms).
  • Ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.

Job Requirements

  • Well organized.
  • Good command of English
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Previous Experience in Real Estate is a must.
  • Excellent Communication skills and networking ability
  • Adaptability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have experience in digital marketing and search engine optimization, professional in Word Press and Google Awards
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Creativity and writing skills
  • Social Media Moderation
  • Personal Characteristics: Multi-tasked - Creative - works under pressure.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with video editing, adobe suite.
