- We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Specialist who will be a part of the marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
- He should be a competent professional to grasp customer attention and behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence and website management.
- Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advertising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarketing, and messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales) to manage reputation, identify key players.
- Assist all company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms).
- Ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree
- Previous Experience in Real Estate is a must.
