Job Description

  • Ensure that each Food & Beverage outlet is managed successfully as an independent profit center.
  • Coordinate the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements, in line with the basics of the Annual Business Plan compilation.
  • To develop/review concept statement for each individual outlet and monitor carefully the response by the customers in order to make changes when necessary, after concept changes have been approved by the General Manager.
  • Ensure that all outlets, back-of-the-house and production areas are managed efficiently, according to the operating standards as established in the concept standards and the Departmental Operations Manual.
  • Monitor all costs and to recommend measures to control them.
  • Ensure that the Departmental Operations Budget is strictly adhered to.
  • Ensure that all Departmental Operations Manuals are prepared and updated.
  • Monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive Hospitals.
  • Ensure that all Outlet management Teams are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their product meets these requirements.
  • Establish and implement, with each Management Team an effective yearly Marketing Plan to ensure maximum revenues and profits.
  • Ensure that all Departmental Operations Manuals are prepared and updated.
