Job Description
- Control the receiving, final and in process Quality gates
- Apply statistical tools for analyzing the inspection data collected by quality inspectors
- Define with plant team the root cause, corrective actions for the repeated and critical defects
- Define, coordinate and implement with plant team the Quality improvements projects
- Lead the Inspectors & Supervisors during the processes and final product inspection
- Lead the analysis of customer Complains related to the plant including follow-up of the Containment actions to make sure it is applied effectively during the defined standard lead time, defining the root cause and corrective actions and reviewing their effectiveness
- Lead the pre-delivery inspection
- Support in implementing the quality management system inside the plant
- Control and report defined Key performance Indicators about the product Quality inside the plant
- Develop and evaluate the quality technicians.
- Responsible for the process of new samples.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
