Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Online Store Management: Oversee and optimize performance of e-commerce stores. Manage product inventory, images, availability messaging (backorder, ship dates, etc.), and content on a daily basis. Work directly with our UX team to update and optimize storefronts. Monitor KPIs religiously and draw actionable plans on how to improve performance.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly data and analysis reports for each client. Include notes on successful/unsuccessful marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee customer service quality control and inform customer service of new promotions and campaigns. Work with clients to have customer-first policies and with our UX to create a frictionless shopping experience.

Job Requirements

Must Haves

  • At least 3 years of e-commerce management experience including storefront management, marketing, and overseeing customer service and fulfillment.

  • You have a big picture understanding of traffic – demographic / interest targeting, search engine traffic, affiliate/influencer marketing, etc. You know how to pivot based on KPIs.
  • You have the ability to create an E-commerce strategy, planning, implementing the best practices and monitoring with a full understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as CR, CLV, CAC, CRR, AOV and so.
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment working on multiple concurrent projects at any given time. You are able to work independently, set priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • You are fluent in OpenCart or others E-commerce platform, MailChimp, Google Analytics, CRM and Paid Advertising.
  • A quick study with the ability to master a situation or learn new things with minimum direction or training.
  • You are proficient in basic HTML and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • You have a sense of humor, are proactive in nature, and have a strong work ethic.

Great to have

  • 3+ years experience at an agency where you managed multiple high-profile ecommerce brands simultaneously with flawless execution.
  • 2+ years experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimizing landing pages & user funnels.
  • Experience optimizing SEO and content marketing.
