Job Description
- Assists CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments completing expense reports composing and preparing.
- arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicates with the general staff CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Supports CEO in his external commitments related to Banks, including service on external boards, organizations , etc ....
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- Assist in the on boarding process for new hires
Job Requirements
- 7 years experience as an Office Manager, CEO Assistant ,Front Office Manager
- V.good in English speak & writing
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
