Job Description

  • Assists CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments completing expense reports composing and preparing.
  • arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Communicates with the general staff CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
  • Supports CEO in his external commitments related to Banks, including service on external boards, organizations , etc ....
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
  • Assist in the on boarding process for new hires

Job Requirements

  • 7 years experience as an Office Manager, CEO Assistant ,Front Office Manager
  • V.good in English speak & writing
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
