Job Description
- Compliance with all policies
- Handle our Insurance file, prepare Employment Contract , Archiving Employee Files,issuing Letters as requested from Employees or management, Keep Record of Vacations , Absenteeism, Delay.
- All of salaries issues
- Create ads and search for good employees and decide our needs
- Create a performance system to evaluate the employees
- Responsible for the Creation and implementation of any other HR Functions.
Job Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
- Commitment to staying current on an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.
- 2 years of experience at least in a related Field
- Multitask
- Female Preferred.
