Job Description

  • Compliance with all policies
  • Handle our Insurance file, prepare Employment Contract , Archiving Employee Files,issuing Letters as requested from Employees or management, Keep Record of Vacations , Absenteeism, Delay.
  • All of salaries issues
  • Create ads and search for good employees and decide our needs
  • Create a performance system to evaluate the employees
  • Responsible for the Creation and implementation of any other HR Functions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
  • Commitment to staying current on an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.
  • 2 years of experience at least in a related Field
  • Multitask
  • Female Preferred.
