Job Description
- Represent the company in judiciary processes and ensure full legal compliance
- Develop all company contracts and prepare multiple versions for various business needs
- Advise the management for all legal requirements needed in all company activities.
- Initiate Legal Actions in relevant courts with overdue & non-responsive parties who fail to pay installments on time
- Review & amend all company documents for accurate legal compliance
Job Requirements
- Experience 5 years in real estate development or construction field is a MUST Registered Lawyer in the syndicate
- Exposure to Court Processes & Successful track of records.
- Ability to develop & amend various contract types
- Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill.
- Advocacy in primary, civil and criminal courts.
