Job Description
- Oversee all activities of the engineering staff, build reliability-engineering capabilities and manage the departmental operating budget
- Plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities and projects within the organization.
- Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives.
- Utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives.
- Incorporates components, materials, and tools that result in cost-effective and quality output.
- Manages overall engineering budget and costs.
- Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function.
- Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.
- Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering or any related fields
- 10 – 15 Years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
