Job Description

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  • Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
  • Designing and oversight of relations with community representatives, clients and employees.
  • Conveying organization vision to clients through publicity and advertisement.
  • Determining publicity policies and corporation needs for developing public relations.
  • Periodic counseling with the organization management and administrative supervising for defining performance deficiencies through the marketing strategic planning.
  • Running of scheme and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Obtaining information from its different sources; transferring same information to different administrations and to decision-takers.
  • Specifying target clients and the means of contacting them in cooperation with the general operation manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering, Automotive Or Mechanical
  • 3-5 years of Service Center experience (Automotive Workshop)
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy
  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry is a must
  • Experience working with an online CRM a plus
  • Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
  • Strong leadership experience in school, work or any organization
