Job Description
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
- Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
- Designing and oversight of relations with community representatives, clients and employees.
- Conveying organization vision to clients through publicity and advertisement.
- Determining publicity policies and corporation needs for developing public relations.
- Periodic counseling with the organization management and administrative supervising for defining performance deficiencies through the marketing strategic planning.
- Running of scheme and implementation of marketing plans.
- Obtaining information from its different sources; transferring same information to different administrations and to decision-takers.
- Specifying target clients and the means of contacting them in cooperation with the general operation manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering, Automotive Or Mechanical
- 3-5 years of Service Center experience (Automotive Workshop)
- Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy
- Solid understanding of the automotive industry is a must
- Experience working with an online CRM a plus
- Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
- Strong leadership experience in school, work or any organization
