Job Description
The duration for 6 Months.
Employer Outreach:
- Identifying employer partners for the program
- Scheduling and planning meetings with employer partners
- Conducting employer rapid needs assessment with employer partners in target governorates
- Gathering all required employer data
Participant Outreach and Selection:
- Collaborating with program recruitment partners to conduct mass recruitment campaign in target governorates
- Conducting program applicant interviews and shortlisting
- Facilitating participant application process
- Planning and organizing participant orientation sessions and job matching days
Program Administration:
- Preparing all necessary arrangements for training implementation, including venue coordination, attendance sheets,
- Coordinating with local trainers to ensure preparation of training materials and arrangements
- Tracking progress of training programs through on-going monitoring
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
- Reporting to Senior Program Specialist and Program Manager on all project updates and outcomes
- Identifying lessons learnt and best practices to identify any necessary changes to program design
- Maintaining good contact with all project stakeholders
- Conducting monitoring visits to employer partners once per month for the full program
- Tracking employment outcomes for all program graduates by directly contacting each participant on a monthly basis and updating the tracking sheets
- Maintaining strong and effective reporting mechanism with Department Manager.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English Language proficiency spoken and written
- Native proficiency in Arabic spoken and written
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates creativity and great sense of initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent Team player
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and accept responsibility
- Excellent computer literacy in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, assign tasks and work in a team and independently
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar development projects
