Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Assists Training manager in dealing and coordinating with instructors and trainers
- Create a training schedule that includes all areas of practice.
- Organize training sessions with instructors.
- Coordination and review of scientific materials
- Coordinate training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
- Coordinate online & face-face training sessions and recording & activities.
- Coordinate events every month
- Handling all the related details of the events (booking – data show - logistics – flairs )
- Coordinating the financial part of the halls and their reservations. And coordination of the financial part of the lecturers.
- Will organize seminars or conferences inside and outside Cairo, Coordination of all related to the conferences.
Job Requirements
- Males ONLY
- 1+ years’ experience at least.
- Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook.
- Organized and work efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent written Arabic language skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Very good English
- Strong logistics management
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
