Job Description

  • Providing technical support to employees in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Monitoring, Maintaining, Modifying & configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. Document internal procedures. Install, test and configure new workstation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field From
  • 0-2 years of experience in providing help desk support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS.
  • Good understanding of computer systems,MCSA, CCNA & firewall hosting.
  • Ability to learn, Self Motive, Ambitious and team work
