Job Description
- Providing technical support to employees in an efficient and accurate manner
- Monitoring, Maintaining, Modifying & configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. Document internal procedures. Install, test and configure new workstation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field From
- 0-2 years of experience in providing help desk support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS.
- Good understanding of computer systems,MCSA, CCNA & firewall hosting.
