Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle distributors’ individual needs
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Follow up on the distributors bonus and vouchers
- Manage the distributors bonus
- Act as a representative for the company
- Assure the accomplishment of the collection
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent follow up skills.
- Excellent English.
- Having a car is a plus
