Job Description
- Monitor shipments and Booking imports/exports
- Reply to all customer requests and sales quotations [freight, trucking, custom clearance - etc.]
- Determine method of shipment and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
- Track, trace shipments and update the status with complete notes. via company system
- Follow up with drivers and shippers before and after loading until gate in containers
- Follow up with the client and shipping lines
- Notify consignees or customers of freight or baggage arrival and arrange for delivery
- Responsible for coordinating custom clearance and inland trucking shipments
- Check import or export documentation to determine cargo contents
- Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored
- Submit VGM
- Conducting market research update schedules, roots and new services provided by lines and merges between them
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with stockholders, and maintaining them over time
- Assist and support coordinators, supervisors and managers with various business needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field
- Strong English (verbal and written)
- Strong computer skills
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
