Job Description
We are looking for telesales agents that will be responsible for booking hotel accommodations to business clients attending Tradeshows and Conferences all over USA and Canada, using our unique sales skills and techniques that will be provided during the training class.
- Contact potential exhibitions and conventions’ attendees to book their required accommodation.
- Handle customer calls with excellent quality.
- Inform clearly all customers of terms, conditions and cancellation policy for each booking.
- Focus on up-selling to increase revenue.
- Focus on achieving agreed monthly target.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM)
Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday. - (Transportation Provided)
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English Language (British or American accent)
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Maximum Age: 25 years ‘old
- Team work spirit
- Good communication skills.
