The ideal candidate will be involved in challenging and innovative solutions. He needs to be able to work at a design level and be able to clearly explain technical tasks to a team of developers (mid/sr. levels , Java and .net developers).
Also he should have excellent leadership and communication skills experience in managing teams, but still likes to complete day-to-day development tasks.

Responsibilities:

Work with business and product management to gather ideas and turn them into product features
Design, develop and maintain various web, back office applications, APIs and data processing services
Apply latest technologies and best practices to improve performance, reliability and scalability of our services

Required Qualifications/Technical Skills:

BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of professional software development experience
Experience in J2EE Technologies
SOA and Micro Services System Architecture
Experience with IBM Websphere Commerce platform.
Experience with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern.
Experience with virtual machines and containerization
Strong OO programming skills and understanding of design patterns
Cloud solutions Architecture formation
Web Services (SOAP, REST) , Hibernate, Spring Boot, GraphQL,
Experience with at least one message platforms
JS stack (Node/JQuery), React, Angular
Solid Experience with DB2 or MSSql would be ideal
Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators and stakeholders
Comfortable working in an agile/iterative development environment
