Job Summary:
- To be responsible for deliver our "Car care & Auto detailing" services to our customers with the highest quality required to each service, also to gain our customers respect for our effectiveness & efficiency at all aspects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with sales dep. to confirm scheduled orders.
- Responsible for driving company's equipped car to Customers location with his team.
- Guiding team members and support operation process till the end of service.
- To finally check-up that all demanded services are done at the best way ever.
- Contact with customers to deliver back car and take customer issues to resolve.
- Responsible for all tools & materials at car not to be lost or broken.
- Review performance indicator & discipline for team members.
- Keep his company's car condition like new and always ready.
Job Requirements
Skills and expertise:
- Have enough knowledge of detailing services.
- Very attentive to details.
- Know how to deal with all kinds of customers.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with driving many cars.
- Valid driving license and clean criminal record.
