Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Answer and Screen Phone Calls
  • Maintain the Filing System of the Administration Department
  • Maintain the log of Admin Letters (in and out)
  • Receive and Manage all submitted Event Forms
  • Coordinate Guest Services
  • Arrange Driver Schedule
  • Book Flights and Hotel reservations for Travellers
  • Manage the Meeting Rooms schedule
  • Back-up on Issuing Monthly Attendance Report
  • Prepares Travel LPOs; and correspondences whenever required

Job Requirements

  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience of negotiating with external suppliers to secure the best service deals
  • Able to perform well under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Able to prioritize work load
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to accept challenges and responsibilities
