Job Description
Main Duties:
- Answer and Screen Phone Calls
- Maintain the Filing System of the Administration Department
- Maintain the log of Admin Letters (in and out)
- Receive and Manage all submitted Event Forms
- Coordinate Guest Services
- Arrange Driver Schedule
- Book Flights and Hotel reservations for Travellers
- Manage the Meeting Rooms schedule
- Back-up on Issuing Monthly Attendance Report
- Prepares Travel LPOs; and correspondences whenever required
Job Requirements
- Good MS Office skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience of negotiating with external suppliers to secure the best service deals
- Able to perform well under pressure and adapt to changes
- Able to prioritize work load
- Can-do attitude and willingness to accept challenges and responsibilities
