Job Description
Is an outsourcing job to supervise & maintain the installation, configuration & support of the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) software through best practices
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that CRM applications meet corporate objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, identify & resolve business requirements issues
- Gather, analyze & define end user requirements for CRM data access & usability in accordance with the objectives
- Evaluate, install, configure & deploy CRM applications, systems software, & associated products
- Analyze documentation & technical specifications of any CRM application
- Provide on-call technical support for users
Job Requirements
- Experience in overseeing the direction, development & implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/IT software solutions
- Hands-on experience with automated software management tools
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
- Knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing & security
- Extensive experience with core software applications
- Working knowledge of network & PC operating systems
