Job Description

Is an outsourcing job to supervise & maintain the installation, configuration & support of the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) software through best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that CRM applications meet corporate objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, identify & resolve business requirements issues
  • Gather, analyze & define end user requirements for CRM data access & usability in accordance with the objectives
  • Evaluate, install, configure & deploy CRM applications, systems software, & associated products
  • Analyze documentation & technical specifications of any CRM application
  • Provide on-call technical support for users

Job Requirements

  • Experience in overseeing the direction, development & implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/IT software solutions
  • Hands-on experience with automated software management tools
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
  • Knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing & security
  • Extensive experience with core software applications
  • Working knowledge of network & PC operating systems
