Job Description
We Require an operations Manager with minimum of 5 years of experience to manage the operation in a reputable health care facility in zamalek. He/she will be responsible for the below:
- Act as a liaison between the clinical staff and the patients.
- Oversees the general functioning of a healthcare facility.
- Oversees the daily functioning of the facility.
- Implementing policies and protocols.
- Strategic planning & Data analysis
- Maintaining financial stability
- Creating weekly, monthly and Quarterly reports and its effect on future needs and projections.
- Reaching the company's targets
- Facility Integrity and coordination
- Inventory and Medical Facility supplies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a business field
- MBA , hospital Management or operation Management diploma
- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years
- Financial background to work on budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting and revenue cycle.
- Target oriented
- Can lead a team and invest in them
