Job Description
- Manage the process of renting property, negotiating leases, sales of services, fees collection process and maintain excellent customer relation with our clients.
- Lease & sell new spaces & available offices.
- Sell new & current services to new or existing clients.
- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance SV.
- Act as liaisons between our tenants and other department in our company.
- Manage Collection of monthly assessment and rental fees.
- Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity or property availability.
- Meet with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, determine priorities and discuss the financial and operational status of properties
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Attract new clients.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in commerce, Management or a related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Sales, CRM, Property Management
