Job Description
- Provide daily reporting for the working unit at the project.
- Follow up the preventive maintenance and repaired for the working unit.
- Maintain the M & R cost of the project within the budget- cost control and reduction.
- Order and secure spare parts needed for the units. Maintain security stock and manage the stock to avoid any unnecessary parts or dead stock.
- Manage the technical team of the project and manage the daily operation – planning for the whole operation of the project.
- Handle and manage the warranty claims and damage claims through the project operation to reduce the repair cost and avoid additional costs.
- To make regular meetings with the customer site manager and provide regular reports to them to show efficient operation and to sort out any complaints.
- To provide regular report for the M& R expenses and to analyze any deviation or gap between the actual cost and the budget.
- To provide necessary technical reports and solve any related technical problem with professional way and right solution.
- To develop and deliver in-house training for the employees regarding the service procedures and the company's policies and procedures
- To supervise the overall functioning, especially of the servicing functions of the organization.
- He makes sure that all the clients issues have been addressed in a timely manner and that all the issues have been resolved

- BSC of Mechanical Engineer
Experience :
- Engineering certificate – mechanical dept.
- Previous experience (7-10 years) at one of the equipment dealers.
- High level of technical & diagnostic skills
- High skills for project planning and management.
- Cost oriented – cost control and cost reduction skills.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- MS- Office skills – very good
- Language skills – Excellent
- Driving license.
