Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment starting from preparing the job announcements using the appropriate channels up to interviewing and selecting the most qualified candidates.
- Perform all the recruitment tasks including: screening CVs, contacting candidates over the phone, setting dates for assessments and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate with the heads of departments for the technical interviewing process.
- Keeps track and documentation of interviews, hires and transfers.
- Follow up with the candidates in the hiring process.
- Update recruitment database, making sure that the information is up to date.
- Responsible for the documentation process of the recruitment files.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any other related field.
- Fluent English language is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR field.
- Solid experience in recruitment is must.
- Presentable, Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamically growing environment.
