Job Description

  • Responsible for the recruitment starting from preparing the job announcements using the appropriate channels up to interviewing and selecting the most qualified candidates.
  • Perform all the recruitment tasks including: screening CVs, contacting candidates over the phone, setting dates for assessments and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate with the heads of departments for the technical interviewing process.
  • Keeps track and documentation of interviews, hires and transfers.
  • Follow up with the candidates in the hiring process.
  • Update recruitment database, making sure that the information is up to date.
  • Responsible for the documentation process of the recruitment files.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any other related field.
    • Fluent English language is a must.
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR field.
    • Solid experience in recruitment is must.
    • Presentable, Excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamically growing environment.
