Job Description
- Responsible of the whole process of customer mailing.
- Cooperate with station Dept. to make sure that all applications are available and to collect them after every flight.
- Responsible for all FFP shipping labels and packaging to ensure that they meet Nile Air regulations.
- Ensures that all orders are delivered to customers in a timely fashion
- Addresses and resolves any issues with delayed shipments.
- Orders supplies to replenish inventory as needed.
- Maintains and manages delivery schedule.
- Ensures that all expenditures stay within company budget.
- Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
- Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
- Ensures that all shipping and ordering deadlines are met.
- Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors
- Serves as point of contact for other department and outsource suppliers.
- Reports any problems or issues to department manager.
- Contributes to team effort by performing related tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as project coordinator or similar role
- Exceptional Arabic and English communication and writing skills
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Ability to take on increased responsibilities as the position advances
- Ability to work with other duties as assigned by management
- Must be self-motivated and driven
- Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets
- Must be adept at handling pressure and working under stress
