Job Description

  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Update calendars
  • Assist in training staff members and new hires
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order it
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely man
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook is a must.
  • Work with Google Sheets and Docs is an asset.
  • Customer-service centered and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and good research skills.
  • Quick learner
  • Flexible
