Job Description
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- Update calendars
- Assist in training staff members and new hires
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order it
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely man
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook is a must.
- Work with Google Sheets and Docs is an asset.
- Customer-service centered and the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and good research skills.
