Job Description
MAGRABI is looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process and manage the company’s payroll.To ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing.To ensure that all staff receives the correct compensation in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities Area:
- Perform daily payroll department operations on SAP.
- Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, , vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects at Deadline.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Reply various inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
- Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
- Revise all off-cycles calculations such as (EOS - Incentives – Overtime – Business Trips Expenses – Doctor referral Incentives) performed by several departments and ensure recording on SAP.
- Record Payroll Transactions in Financial on a monthly closing and reconcile monthly bank statements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related business, accounting or relevant field / Accounting field is preferred.
- 1 -3 years of relevant experience in Accounting & payroll.
- Very good level of flexibility and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of Egypt.
- Strong MS Office skills are a must.
- SAP hands on experience is preferred
