Job Description
- Opening new markets and contributing to maximizing the company market share.
- Managing the execution of promotions and new Brunches launches as per execution standards.
- Developing new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution.
- Keeping an open eye on the market and be informed on what competitors are doing.
- Suggesting development on several areas such as better techniques to achieve sales target, serving the customer needs, improvement on delivery process and ordering process.
- Building market intelligence to inform sales strategy Understanding the market, identifying target budgets and decision makers, segmenting the market.
- Developing and evolve strategic sales plan.
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
- Extend the network of affiliate shops.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 10-years experience in Sales & Marketing Sector at FMCG Comp.
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field/Masters preferred.
- Must have excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
- Strong information/data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner.
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation (oral and documentation) skills.
- Awareness of Egyptian market opportunities and competition.
