Job Description

  • Opening new markets and contributing to maximizing the company market share.
  • Managing the execution of promotions and new Brunches launches as per execution standards.
  • Developing new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution.
  • Keeping an open eye on the market and be informed on what competitors are doing.
  • Suggesting development on several areas such as better techniques to achieve sales target, serving the customer needs, improvement on delivery process and ordering process.
  • Building market intelligence to inform sales strategy Understanding the market, identifying target budgets and decision makers, segmenting the market.
  • Developing and evolve strategic sales plan.
  • Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
  • Extend the network of affiliate shops.

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 10-years experience in Sales & Marketing Sector at FMCG Comp.
  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant field/Masters preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
  • Strong information/data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation (oral and documentation) skills.
  • Awareness of Egyptian market opportunities and competition.
