- Preparing and planning for the effective teaching of ESL learners.
- Establishing good rapport with learners.
- Demonstrating professional competence in the classroom.
- Achieving lesson aims.
- Providing learners with materials, resources and technical aids to enhance the learning process.
- Providing learners with appropriate feedback on tasks, activities and exams.
- Being aware of teaching strengths and weaknesses in different teaching contexts.
- Responding positively to feedback.
Work Conditions:
- 6 working days
- Working Hours: from 2 pm to 10 pm
- One day off fixed
